In this live presentation that I delivered at an event, I introduce a model or a framework of leadership that I have created – The Butterfly Model of leadership and then go in detail about one of the key pillars of this model, which is “Leaders Mindsets” which allow them to perform at a very high level.

As Carol said above, the mindset we have in any given situation, is the boundary within which we think about the situation we are in and determines all the potential options we see to respond to the situation.
So, if we really want to become a high performing leader, we need to build up a repertoire of different mindsets that we can put ourselves in, so that we have the ability to come up with the best response to the situation.
I share 10 different leadership mindsets that we can practice to be able to get in and out of, on-demand, that enables us to come up with the best responses to any given situation, which leads to high performance.
