Before I started my own podcast, there was a long gestation period when I have listened to a lot of podcasts, some great, some good and some not so good.
Going forward, I shall recommend a podcast every Wednesday. The podcast would be one that i still continue listening to and also learn from.

This show is hosted by Paul Castain, from YourSalesPlaybook. He is a sales coach and runs online training and coaching for sales professionals and leaders.
The current format of the show is him talking about the various aspects that lead to successful sales performance and sharing his opinion and insight on how sales professionals and sales leaders can succeed.
He is funny, intelligent and interesting all at the same time. He calls himself Uncle Paul and runs a LinkedIn group with over 45000 members called “Sales Playbook“.
He has been a guest on my show as well and the episode is still the most downloaded episode for my show. You can listen to the episode here.
